Communication is key. We have a dedicated sales team on hand during office hours and an emergency contact out of hours. We will treat customers with courtesy and respect at all times, and keep each customer fully informed throughout the buying process, and beyond. For people buying a shared ownership home, we also have a duty to maintain particular elements of your home until you have staircased to 100% ownership, so you will still be seeing us around…
